Richard Maslowski

February 17, 1955 — May 31, 2023

Richard Maslowski, 68, of Dunkirk, passed away suddenly,

Wednesday morning on May 31, 2023 at home.

Son of the late Theodore and Anna (Scatton) Maslowski.

He was born in Meriden, CT, where he also attended school.

Richard retired as a maintenance worker from STEL, Inc., in

Dunkirk and he really enjoyed his job while he was employed

there.

Richard was a kind and gentle man, always willing to lend a

helping hand. He loved trees, gardening, train rides, collecting

scrap metal and antiques. He also loved his sister's dogs,

especially Tommy and Melba. Rich was a big Buffalo Bills fan,

attending many games over the years.

He was loved and will be missed by many, especially his sister

Sandra.

His memberships include the Dunkirk Falcon Club.

Surviving is his sister Sandra Maroney and also several aunts,

uncles and cousins.

Richard is predeceased by his parents Theodore and Anna

(Scatton) Maslowski, and his brother-in-law Brian Maroney.

In Richard's memory, donations may be made to the American

Cancer Society or the Scottish Terrier Club of Greater NY Rescue.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
