Lester C. Fuller passed away on Sunday morning,
November 5, 2023, in Port Orange, Florida.
Lester was born on July 26, 1934, to Russell
and Dorothy Fuller in Rochester, New York.
He lived most of his life in Dunkirk, New York.
and served in the US Army in the Korean War.
He married Frances Henderson in 1956.
Lester retired from Ralston Purina where he
worked as Personnel Manager and had also served
as Personnel Manager for the City of Dunkirk
for many years. He taught piano lessons to
many of Dunkirk’s children from the piano
studio in his home.
Lester was a friend to many and a stranger
to none. His music was his passion that
connected him to so many beautiful and loving
people wherever he went. His smile and laughter
were infectious. He was greatly admired and will
be sincerely missed by his family and friends.
Surviving is a son, John
(Rhonda) Fuller, of Port Orange, FL; grandchildren,
Michelle (Greg) Palinkas, of Charlotte, NC and
Jonathan (Gabrielle) Fuller of Port Orange, FL;
great-grandsons, Jace Fuller and Silas Palinkas;
nephew Daniel (Diane) Fuller, of Lewiston, ME;
brother-in-law, Robert (Marcia) Henderson of
Dunkirk; sister-in-law, Jane Henderson of
Dunkirk; and several nieces and nephews.
Lester was predeceased by his wife Frances on
December 14, 2016.
There will be no visitation and services will
be private with the immediate family.
