with her loving family at her side.
She was born on December 7, 1928, in Dunkirk, to the late
Walter and Emily (Kaus) Kubera.
On July 2, 1946 she married her loving husband Henry Stolinski,
who predeceased her on November 5, 2003.
Gloria was a devoted Catholic and member of St Hyacinth's Parish
and without fail could be found in the last pew for the 4 pm Saturday
Mass, until her illness prevented her from attending.
She was an avid Bill, Sabres, Yankees and Duke Blue Devils
basketball fan.
She also loved to cook, bake, garden and shop. Everyone looked
forward to her Polish coffee cakes at Christmas and Easter.
No one could make them like her!
Gloria is survived by her children Wayne (Linda) Stolinski and Lynn
(Dennis) Newcomb, 2 Grandchildren Timothy (Robin) Stolinski
and Nicholas Stolinski and 1 Great Grandaughter Lilly Stolinski
(who always put a smile on her face).
Also surviving are her brothers Alfred 'Fritz' (Madylon), William
(Marcia) and Thomas Kubera. Her loving sister Geraldine 'Carol'
(Richard) Grace and a sister-in-law Clara Kubera along with several
nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly.
She is also survived by 2 step granddaughters Danyel (Fred)
Rizzuto and Dana Ahlstrom and their children. As well as the family
of her dearest departed companion John Alff.
Along with her husband of 57 years she was predeceased by her
oldest son Stephen Stolinski in 2010, her brothers James and Richard
Kubera and her sister-in-law Ellen Kubera.
