Beverly J. Ludwiszewski

Beverly J. Ludwiszewski, 76, of Dunkirk, died Saturday morning, September 9, 2017, at Brooks Memorial Hospital, following a brief illness.

She was born July 29, 1941, in Dunkirk, daughter of the late Donald and Dorothy (Morrison) Bremer.

Beverly enjoyed word puzzles and was an animal lover.

She attended Blessed Mary Parish Church of St. Hedwig and was a member of the Kosciuszko Polish Home.

Surviving are her children Thomas (Amanda) Ludwiszewski Jr., of Russell, PA; Leslie Ludwiszewski of Dunkirk; her K9 companion “Sara Sue”; a brother William “Bill” (Rita) Bremer of Florida; sisters Barbara Babcock and Jane Bremer both of Dunkirk; along with several nieces and nephews also survive. Preceded in death in addition to her parents are a brother Clarence Bremer.

Relatives and friends are welcome to call Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. at the R. Mackowiak Funeral Home Inc., 56 East Doughty Street in Dunkirk where funeral services will be held Wednesday morning at 11 a.m. Interment will be in Webster Road Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Lake Shore Savings Bank or North West Savings Bank C/O Thomas Ludwiszewski Jr., to help defray of the funeral expenses.
