Anthony Shuart

Anthony M. Shuart, 16, of Fredonia, died unexpectedly, December 29, 2014, at Brooks Memorial Hospital in Dunkirk. Born in Dunkirk March 16, 1998, son of Denise Shuart and Steven Davis, both of Fredonia. A student at Philip LoGuidice BOCES in Fredonia, Anthony enjoyed walks, Disney Movies, and watching his fish. Surviving are a brother Nathan Shuart and sister Jaelyn Davis, both of Fredonia; his maternal grandmother, Rita Canfora of Dunkirk; maternal grandfather Dennis (Noreen) Shuart of Fredonia; paternal grandmother Donna Kuziora of Dunkirk; special uncles David (Larissa Lay) Shuart of Versailles, Daniel Shuart of Dunkirk along with several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends and father Michael Gates of Jamestown. Relatives and friends are welcome to call at the R. Mackowiak Funeral Home Inc., 56 East Doughty Street in Dunkirk, on Friday from 2-5 p.m. and Christian burial services to follow at 5 p.m. Interment will be in Webster Road Cemetery. Memorials can be made to the Fredonia Central School Sports Booster Program, 425 Main Street, Fredonia, NY 14063.
